At uCaser our priority is your satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy please contact us directly and we will be happy to help solve your problem.


uCaser guarantees a full refund or a replacement (your choice) if:

  • You don’t like the item you bought for some reason;
  • You don’t receive your order in 25 working days’ time after shipment for USA
  • You don’t receive your order in 40 working days’ time after shipment for all other countries (non US).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item/s at your expense within 7 days of receipt.
All items sent back after 7 working days (according to postmark) will NOT entitle the customer to any refund.
You will be entitled to a full refund/replacement as soon as we get the return parcel.
The items returned have not to be used or damaged otherwise you will not be entitled to refund/replacement.
In case of request for a refund due to a customer mistake uCaser will refund the cost of the item only upon receipt of the return parcel. Shipping charges will not be refunded in this case.
